About the Monvenience Crypto Card Business Account

The Monvenience crypto card business account is a corporate account opened in your company's own name, from which prepaid cards can be issued to as many of your own people as you need — directors, employees, contractors, agents or customers. One company, one account, one stablecoin-backed balance, and any number of cards sitting underneath it. There is no banking licence to obtain and no card-issuing infrastructure to build. The account is applied for through the form above.

The account is multicurrency and own-name. Your business receives named local-currency accounts that your own customers can pay into exactly as they would a domestic bank account: USD on Fedwire, ACH and wire; GBP on Faster Payments, CHAPS and BACS; AUD on local rails with BSB and BECS; EUR by IBAN on SEPA and SEPA Instant. SWIFT is available across all of them for cross-border. Local bank transfer reaches more than 100 countries, and SWIFT reaches more than 200.

The phrase "crypto-enabled" refers to how the balance is funded and held. You fund the account with USD, USDC or USDT. USD paid in is automatically converted to a USD-linked stablecoin and held in your wallet, and because that stablecoin is pegged to the US dollar there is no change in value — your treasury keeps one simple, USD-linked view of the balance. When you move money out you choose the rail: fiat USD by SWIFT to a bank account in 200+ countries, or stablecoin sent to any external wallet. Conversion happens on the fly, at the point of transfer.

Cards work the same way. Each individual onboarded under your company holds their own card and spends from the balance your business makes available to them, with conversion happening at the point of payment rather than through a manual off-ramp beforehand. Both virtual and physical formats are supported. Residents and citizens of India and the United States are not eligible for this product, and restricted jurisdictions apply. How the Onboarding Process Works

Onboarding moves from application to a funded, live account with cards issued. The single largest variable is how quickly complete KYB documents are returned.

  1. Submit the application formComplete the corporate onboarding questionnaire on this page. The form is sent directly to the Monvenience onboarding team at info@monvenience.com.
  2. Initial review and KYB requestWithin one to two business days, an account manager confirms eligibility, sends the Know Your Business (KYB) document checklist, and schedules a call to confirm which currencies, rails and card volumes you need.
  3. Compliance reviewCompliance reviews KYB documents, ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) information, source-of-funds declarations and the intended pattern of inflows, payouts and card spend. Commercial terms and fees are confirmed in parallel.
  4. Account opening and first fundingOn approval, the account agreement is signed and you receive dashboard access along with your own-name account details for each currency requested. You then make the first deposit in USD, USDC or USDT.
  5. Onboarding your individuals and card issuanceSubmit your list of individuals to be onboarded under the company account. Each completes identity verification, after which their card is issued and can be funded from the company balance. Further individuals can be added at any time without a new company application.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can apply for a Monvenience crypto card business account?

Registered legal entities can apply, including fintechs, crypto and Web3 businesses, e-commerce operators, marketplaces, trading companies, payroll and HR platforms, and enterprises with international teams or suppliers. Applicants must not be incorporated in or primarily operating from a restricted jurisdiction. Residents and citizens of India and the United States are not eligible.

Is this a white label card programme?

No. This is a corporate account for your own business, from which cards are issued to individuals connected to your company. Cards are not issued to the general public under your brand. A branded, consumer-facing programme is a separate product with its own application and commercial terms.

How many cards can our company issue?

There is no fixed cap. Cards can be issued to as many individuals as your business genuinely needs — directors, employees, contractors, agents, distributors or customers — and further individuals can be onboarded at any time without submitting a new company application.

Who can hold a card under our company account?

Any individual with a verifiable relationship to your company. Each individual is onboarded under the company account and completes identity verification before their card is issued and funded.

What currencies and accounts does the business account support?

Own-name local accounts are available in USD (Fedwire, ACH, wire), GBP (Faster Payments, CHAPS, BACS), AUD (local, BSB, BECS) and EUR (IBAN, SEPA, SEPA Instant), each with SWIFT for cross-border. Further markets are being added; your account manager can confirm current availability.

Can we fund the account with USDT or USDC instead of fiat?

Yes. The account can be funded with USD, USDC or USDT. USD paid in is automatically converted to a USD-linked stablecoin and held in your wallet at no change in value, since the stablecoin is pegged to the US dollar.

Is our balance held as fiat or as stablecoin?

Balances are held in USD-linked stablecoin, either USDC or USDT. Conversion to fiat happens at the point of transfer or at the point of card payment. Stablecoins are digital assets and are not the same as bank-safeguarded fiat.

How does the business pay out?

Payouts go out as fiat USD by SWIFT to a bank account in more than 200 countries, or as stablecoin sent to any external crypto wallet. Conversion happens on the fly at the point of transfer, and the rail is chosen per payment.

Do we need a banking licence to apply?

No. Applicants do not need a banking licence or any card scheme membership. Existing regulatory authorisations such as EMI, MSB, VASP or PSP are welcome and will be reviewed, but they are not a requirement.

Which countries are restricted?

Residents and citizens of India and the United States are not eligible for this product. In addition, businesses incorporated in or primarily operating from a restricted jurisdiction cannot be served, and cards cannot be issued to individuals resident in those countries. Eligibility is confirmed during onboarding. View Restricted Countries List.

What happens after we submit this application form?

The form is sent directly to the Monvenience onboarding team at info@monvenience.com. A dedicated account manager responds within one to two business days with a KYB document checklist, an indicative fee schedule, and a time for an onboarding call.
